Vicki initially joined E Toilet Sales in 2021 as a Transport Planner, quickly making her mark. In her transition to HR Executive, she earned the Employee of the Year award, reflecting her impact and commitment. Now, after two years of growth, Vicki steps into her new role as HR Manager.

Achievements and Qualifications Lead to Promotion

The promotion follows Vicki’s recent completion of her CIPD Level 5 in People Management. During this time, she also led the company’s successful summer recruitment drive. As HR Manager, Vicki will oversee HR policies, training, development, recruitment, and overall organizational performance.

Tina’s Journey with E Toilet Sales

Tina joined E Toilet Sales through the acquisition of WC Hire, bringing 3½ years of experience in the toilet industry. She has demonstrated exceptional dedication to the company, handling her responsibilities with care and precision.

New Responsibilities as Depot Office Manager

In her new role, Tina will manage the entire sales process, from handling enquiries to final invoicing. She will also oversee the transport schedule and monitor office administration to ensure smooth operations.

Tina’s Reflections on Her Promotion

Tina shared her enthusiasm for the role: “I have worked in the toilet industry for 3½ years, first with Nigel and Les as an administrator and now with Site Equip since February. With the support of Nigel and Amy, I pushed myself and earned the role of Depot Office Manager. I’m hard-working, reliable, and conscientious, and outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my two boys, my energetic dog, and my husband. I love walking, keeping fit, and occasionally baking.”
